From the beginning, God has shown us love and care. I will! Thats how His promises are. Despite the fact that we fail to abide by his word. If His anger was quick, maybe we might suffer beyond. Notwitstanding, He still look at what He promised. BELOW ARE BIBLICAL PROMISES OF GOD; Psalm 89:34, TLB. "No, I will not break my covenant; I will not take back one word of what I said." Isaiah 49:25, NKJV. "For I will contend with him who contends with you, and I will save your children." Ezekiel 36:26, NKJV. "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh." Psalm 103:12, NKJV. "As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us." Philippians 4:19, NKJV. "And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Jeremiah 30:17, NKJV. "For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds,’ says the Lord" Revelation 21:4, NKJV. "And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

Spirit of God upon every believers ?

Welcome back to Salvationnigeria blog, this is my first post since 2014 and I promise to make this one very brief.
Once your give your live to Christ, you have the [Holy] Spirit of God dwelling in you.
God is Holy and He cannot dwell in unholy body. That is why a believer feels rejected and empty whenever he/she does thing outside The Will of God.
Lets take look at this Verse from NLT "Job 27:3 - As long as I live, while I have breath from God,"
Yes!! your Life as a believer is from God and Jesus Christ is The Life.
I am not talking about the live that is in you when you where born rather the Live that Jesus brought!
Then, The Breath in the above verse is The Spirit of God from God.
The Spirit of God connects you to God.
It is the presence of God in you.

Ireland based Nigerian Gospel singer Yetunde Joyce comes out with an elite oriented video for her song “Find God” that portrays art elements of the Italian/France Renaissance period yet the Africanisation of its use was in no way undermined.

Speaking during a recent interview while she was on a short visit to Nigeria, Yetunde said that:

NEWS: Etcetera Says “Nigerian Gospel Songs Can’t Lead You to Christ”

Etcetera, in his latest post is dissing Nigerian gospels songs and their artistes. Do you agree with him?
Just like our Nigerian pastors, Nigerian gospel songs cannot lead you to Christ.
Nigerian gospel songs are not spiritually uplifting. They are mostly about the things of the flesh, about riches and fame. The simple use of religious terms and phrases here and there is not enough to lead anyone to Christ. I dare you to go to any Nigerian gospel musician’s website and see if you will find a simple plan of salvation. You won’t.
Most of the songs being sold to the public as “Christian songs” are religious rubbish. Most of them are songs without the truth, Church’ianity and not Christianity. Because most of the Nigerian gospel musicians are themselves not Christ-like. They carry as many babes as the worldly hip hop stars. Fornicate on Saturday night and minister to you in church on Sunday morning, tasking you to wave your handkerchief in the name of the lord.
Do not be deceived my brothers and sisters, God is no author of confusion. Most of the people who sing and produce these gospel songs are not living in Christ. Today in Nigeria, we hear of pastors and gospel artistes involved in sex scandals and visiting native doctors. You may argue that we should focus on the music and not the singer, forgetting that music generally is a very powerful force that has a way of breaking down barriers. And the same powerful force can be tainted with negative lyrics and ungodly lifestyle that can pierce through the hearts of the listeners and reshape their values.
Most of these gospel songs are written in a fashion that is strange to the principles of Christianity. Gospel singers and pastors are now covering themselves in glory. Dining with politicians who evidently display everything the Bible condemns. The Bible says in James 1:27 or 2 Peter 2:20, that the world taints and makes impure. So as a gospel artiste, God commands that you cannot live in sin like men of the world. You cannot live like the worldly musicians. If your music sounds worldly, seems worldly, and promoted like a worldly music, then it is not gospel. When you glorify anything other than God in your music, it is called idolatry. And you are giving Satan a great satisfaction.
Satan loves all the religious songs that don’t mention the truth of God’s word. So, beware brethren, all this wishy-washy, ear-tickling and worldly gospel songs won’t take you anywhere near Christ.
At this juncture, my brothers and sisters in the lord, I rest my case. Just like Apostle Paul says in Galatians 4:16: “I am therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth. So before you condemn me with you comments, remember the Bible says in 1st Chronicles 16:22, “Touch not my anointed, and do my prophets no harm.” Amen

Second Album ‘Revelation’ Released by Obi Shine

Obi shine whose real names are Obinna Chike Okochi Came out with his first single in 2006 produced by Chris Shalom titled SHINING. In 2007, he buzzed the airwaves yet again with his debut album titled WELCOME TO MY WORLD which had in it the hit song SHINING. In 2008, he shot the video of his hit single SHINING and in November of the same year he got his first nomination 4 NMVA (Nigeria Music Video Award) and got the best award for best Gospel Video Act of the year. In December 2008, the same year, he was the opening act of the Praise Jam hosted by Dan Foster; it was the biggest gospel show at the time. In 2009, Obi Shine got his first invitation to do a United Kingdom tour. In 2010, he came out wit his new single NGALABA and had a reload of his WELCOME TO MY WORLD album.

In february 2010, he came out with the video for his single NGALABA and got his first nomination in the United Kingdom where the song was tipped for Best Gospel Song in black diaspora and that same year, he got nominated for an award “the kingdom song of the year awards”.

In 2011, he bagged the PRAISE AWARD. IN 2012, he was invited to Ghana because of his hit single which was most played by Nigerians. The brand which was called “The TEN MOST PLAYED GOSPEL SONGS” and only Obi Shine was the only gospel artist that was African in the 10 list. Obi Shine has toured countries like in Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Russia, United Kingdom, Netherlands, etcetera. He has worked and shared platforms with gospel acts like Samsong, Frank Edwards, Sinach, Sammy Okposo, Lara George, Midnight Crew, Mike Aremu, etc. Due to promotional and career logistics he appeared to be silent for a while.

He is also a member of the Believers’ Loveword Incorporated popularly called Christ Embassy and has traveled with the man of God Rev Chris Oyakhilome to several countries of the world doing what God has called him to do.
